Summertime Villa has been owned and managed by the same individual since 1989. We have been recognized as having Lubbock Apartment Association's Manager of the Year in 2004 & 2006 as well as the Texas Apartment Association's Manager of the Year for 2009. The Lubbock Chamber of Commerce recognized Summertime Villa for their Technology Award due to our Cyber Presence in 2007. In 2009, we were voted the Best in Lubbock by the Lubbock Avalanche Journal. Our owner and staff work very closely with the Lubbock Apartment Association as well as the Texas Apartment Association working on various committees and serving on the local and state Board of Directors.
