At Summertime Villa, we are eager to take care of all the small details for you. Our electric service is provided by Lubbock Power and Light. We will have the account transferred into your name beginning the day that you move in. For information on Lubbock Power and Light, please click here. You can access your account information with this link or call them during their regular business hours at 806-775-2509.
 
Our water is submetered by The Singenis Corporation.  After about a month of living here at Summertime Villa, you will receive your water bill by mail.  You are welcome to pay your bill by clicking the 'Current Residents/Pay Online' tab above, visiting our office, or you can mail your payments to The Singenis Corporation.  For account information, you can call the Summertime Villa office or Singenis @ 806-771-4364.

To find out more about how easy it is to set your apartment up with wireless internet, click here to visit Sine Networks, our partner in providing easy internet access. Wireless cards for a personal computer or a laptop can be purchased in the Summertime Villa office.  The password for the Summertime Villa Internet is provided in the Summertime Villa office as well.
