NOTE ON PAYING PET DEPOSITS :
If you have a dog that is over 1 year of age and has satisfactory previous rental history, the pet deposit will be $100. This is also the pet deposit for cats, birds and any other rodents or reptiles.

If you have a dog that is under 1 year of age and/or does not have satisfactory previous rental history, the pet deposit is $500. If you have questions, please call the office at 806-799-0035.
