Charity Aguirre NALP
Charity is our Leasing Director. Charity recently became a member of the team here at AG Rentals but has over 4 years of experience in the multi-housing industry. Charity is responsible for all aspects of leasing and resident relations. She currently serves on the Community Service committee for the LAA.

Michelle Helms NALP, CAM, CAPS
Michelle is our Community Administrator. Michelle began working at AG Rentals in July of 09 but has over 9 years of experience in the multi-housing industry. Michelle is responsible for the resident water billings and other administrative duties. She also currently serves on the Community Service committee for the LAA.

Tricia Grimstead NALP, CAM, CAPS
Tricia is our Portfolio Supervisor and oversees all onsite employees and all daily operations. Tricia has been with AG Rentals for a combined 12 years. She currently serves on the LAA and TAA Board of directors and serves as the LAA’s Education Committee Chair.

Chris Salas CPO
Chris Salas is our Maintenance Technician. Chris has been with AG Rentals for over 6 years and has over 10 years of multi-housing experience. He is a certified pool operator and makes sure that our pool is clean and chemically safe on a daily basis. He is also our make-ready specialist and works hard to make every apartment perfect upon move-in.
