Charity is our Leasing Director. Charity recently became a member of the team here at AG Rentals but has over 4 years of experience in the multi-housing industry. Charity is responsible for all aspects of leasing and resident relations. She currently serves on the Membership & Community Service committee for the LAA.
Michelle is our Community Administrator. Michelle began working at AG Rentals in July of 09 but has over 9 years of experience in the multi-housing industry. Michelle is responsible for the resident water billings and other administrative duties. She also currently serves on the Education & Community Service committee for the LAA.
Tricia is our Portfolio Supervisor and oversees all onsite employees and all daily operations. Tricia has been with AG Rentals for a combined 12 years. She currently serves on the LAA and TAA Board of directors and serves as the LAA’s Membership Committee Chair.
Chris Salas is our Maintenance Technician. Chris has been with AG Rentals for over 6 years and has over 10 years of multi-housing experience. He is a certified pool operator and makes sure that our pool is clean and chemically safe on a daily basis. He is also our make-ready specialist and works hard to make every apartment perfect upon move-in.
Chuy is our Lead Maintenance Technician. Chuy has recently celebrated his 10th anniversary with AG Rentals. Chuy is licensed in HVAC and has many years of experience with plumbing and electrical. He prides himself in completely all work orders within the first 24 hours of our notification.
Carrie is our Leasing Agent. Carrie recently became a member of the team here at AG Rentals but has over 10 years of experience in customer relations. Carrie is responsible for all aspects of leasing and resident relations.
Lester is the newest member of the AG Rentals Maintenance team. Lester has over 18 years of multi-housing experience. Lester is licensed in HVAC and has many years of experience with plumbing and electrical. Lester prides himself in the quality of his work and strives for perfection daily.
Gabby is our part time leasing consultant. She is a Junior at Lubbock Christian High School. She has been working here at AG Rentals for about a year and looks forward to helping you with anything that you need in the office.
