Amanda Goebel
Amanda is our Administrative Services Coordinator. Amanda brings over 6 years of customer service experience to AG Rentals. With Amanda's attention to detail, she is responsible for qualifying all of our prospective residents. Amanda is a Studio Art Major in the School of Art at Texas Tech University with an emphasis in Photography. In her free time, Amanda enjoys reading and playing the flute, guitar, and Call of Duty.

Camille Robinson
Camille is our Resident Retention Coordinator. Camille brings seven years of customer service and relations to the AG Rentals team. Camille is responsible for the approval process for all incoming prospects. Camille is a graduate of Lubbock Christian University with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis in Secondary Math. Camille is newly married to her husband, David. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cooking and tutoring students in Math.

Charity Aguirre NALP
Charity is our Director of Marketing & Leasing. Charity recently decided to return home to the team at AG Rentals; she was previously with us for 1 ½ years. Charity has over 10 years of experience in the multi-housing industry. Charity is responsible for all aspects of marketing & leasing. Charity is involved with the LAA & enjoys being part of committees. Charity holds her NALP designation with the National Apartment Association. In her free time, Charity enjoys being with her family and friends, dancing, and watching all sports.

Dave Cambron
Dave is our painter and pool technician. Before coming to AG Rentals, Dave owned a pool company for 27 years. With his many years of experience and expertise in pool safety and regulations, Dave makes sure that our pools are maintained and ready to enjoy. Dave also makes sure that your home looks freshly painted before you move in. Dave and his wife have been married for 15 years and together have 8 children and 6 grandchildren. In his free time, Dave enjoys hanging out with his grandkids and watching baseball and football.

Carrie is our Portfolio Administrator. Carrie has been a member of the AG Rentals team for 3 years. Carrie holds her NALP and CAM certifications from the National Apartment Association. Carrie is responsible for water and gas billing, deposit accounting, and is your contact upon moving out. Carrie enjoys being involved with the Lubbock Apartment Association and serving on different committees. Carrie is married and a mother to one daughter. In her free time, Carrie enjoys Texas Tech football, Texas Rangers baseball, painting and crafting.

Lester Walker CAMT, CPO
Lester has been a member of the AG Rentals Maintenance team for 2 years. Lester has over 20 years of multi-housing experience. Lester is licensed in HVAC and has many years of experience with plumbing and electrical. Lester prides himself in the quality of his work and strives for perfection daily. Lester holds his CAMT and CPO through the National Apartment Association. Lester is married and has 5 grown children. He enjoys archery, firearms and camping in his free time.

Chris Salas CAMT, CPO
Chris Salas is one of our Maintenance Technicians. Chris has been with AG Rentals for over 8 years and has over 12 years of multi-housing experience. He is a certified pool operator and makes sure that our pool is clean and chemically safe on a daily basis. Chris holds his CAMT certification with the National Apartment Association. He is also our make-ready specialist and works hard to make every apartment perfect upon move-in. Chris is the father of two beautiful girls. In his free time, he enjoys Nascar and the Texas Longhorns.

Chuy is licensed in HVAC and has many years of experience with plumbing and electrical. He prides himself in completely all work orders within the first 24 hours of our notification. Chuy holds his CAMT certification with the National Apartment Association. Chuy enjoys working out, MMA, and watching the Texas Rangers and Oklahoma Sooners in his free time.

Gabby is one of the first contacts at AG Rentals and enjoys assisting everyone who calls or comes in the office. Gabby prides herself in making everyone she meets happy and comfortable. Gabby enjoys reading, swimming, and traveling in her free time.

Tricia Grimstead CAM, CAPS, NALP
Tricia is our Portfolio Supervisor and oversees all onsite employees and all daily operations. She does all account receivables and account payables for all of the AG Rentals communities. Tricia holds her IROP, NALP, CAM and CAPS certifications from the National Apartment Association. Tricia has been with AG Rentals for a combined 15 years. She currently serves on the LAA and TAA Board of Directors and serves as the co-chair of the LAA's Independent Rental Owners Council. She is married and is the mother of four children, two boys and two girls. In her free time, Tricia enjoys Stampin Up, fantasy football and traveling.
